Rules & Regulations

01. Student having less than 75% attendance will not/be permitted to take the MTT Bo / HYE / AE / TERM END EXAMINATION/ Mock Test/ as Pre  C. B. S. E. / School Rules. If any student absents himself/ herself from any test or exam reason (unless the student is exempted), no credit will be given while calculating the final result.

02. The name of a student shall be struck off the rolls off the school (a) if he/she remains absent the school for 10 working days at a stretch without a valid reason & attendance for the consecutive three(03) months. Re-admission will absolutely be at the R discretion of the school management, that too, on payment of Rs. 1500/- as Re-admission Fee.

03. Students are required to be present on the first and last day as well before and after any vacation. Strict disciplinary action will be taken against the defaulter-students.

04. Students are answerable to the school authorities for their conduct in and outside the school. Hence, misbehaviour in school and public place justifies dismissal. Continual failure to make satisfactory progress in studies, and above all discourtesy, disrespect and disobedience to teachers and staff and each a sufficient cause for dismissal.

05. The school declines all responsibility if any student does any harm to himself herself or others due to temporary psychosomatic disc, order.

06. Any damage done to the school property should be made good by the pupil concerned.

07. Any pupil whose fees shall fall in arrears is liable to be refused admission into the lass or to be sent home and shall not be allowed to sit for the regular examinations.

08. Fee(s) once paid for any purpose will not be refunded even if the child is rusticated/ dismissed/suspended/accorded with compulsory T.C./asked to leave school on disciplinary or severe academic weaknesses or behavioural lapses or prolonged absence ground(s), even in the middle of the session.

09. Revision in fee structure is generally made at the beginning of the session. However, the school reserves the right to revise/increase the fee at any time of the scholastic year, should it be deemed necessary.

10. In the case of Senior Secondary Classes those subjects involving practical work, a student must obtain 33% marks in theory and 33% marks in practical separately in addition to 33°./o marks in aggregate in order to qualify in that subject. To pass the examination, a student must obtain at least Grade D in all Grade based subjects of internal assessment (unless the student is exempted) and 33% marks or Grade Din each of the five main/major subjects of the exam.

11. There is no provision of Re-examination or Re-Test.

12. Warning Card(s): WC is issued in cases of- A. 1st Warning card (Green) is issued in cases of 1.aj Academic Weaknesses, b] Behavioural Lapses, c] Irregularity, d] Absent without a valid reason, e] Non-submission of required documents/certificates etc, f] Default in payment and g] Other reasons. 2. Advising the parent to kindly look seriously into the matter. 3. Before issuing 3rd warning card (Red) along with compulsory T.C., the 2nd warning card (Blue) will be issued if a student still fails to comply with the above deficient areas satisfactorily. B. 2nd Warning card (Blue) is issued in cases of 1.a] Non-compliance of the reason(s) of the 1st W.C. satisfactorily, b] Severe Academic Weaknesses, c] Repeated Behavioural Lapses, d] Irregularity, e] Absent without a valid reason, f] Non-submission of required documents/ certificates etc, g] Default in payment and h] Other reasons. 2. Advising the parents to kindly look into the matter with all seriousness. Requesting them to withdraw their son/daughter/ward from the school for its good academic environment. 3. 3rd warring card (Red) will be issued along with T.C. treating the student beyond, rectification under our custody. C. 3rd Warning card (Red) Is issued along with compulsory T.C. In cases of 1 a] Non- compliance of the reason(s) of the 1’72’ W.C. satisfactorily, b] Severe Academic ‘ I Lapses, d] Irregularity e] Absent without. Weaknesses, c] Repeated Behavioural ap a valid reason, f] Non-submission of required documents/certificates etc, g] Gross Default in payment and h] To avoid expulsion/rustication

13. No student is allowed to bring presents to school to mar is er o e s birthday or any other occasion.

14. No fines of any kind or collections for any purpose whatsoever may be made without the Principal’s previous sanction and due notice to parents.

15. New candidates must be introduced personally by their parents or the one who will be responsible to the Principal for their conduct and fees. They will be tested in the standard immediately below which they seek admission.

16. Students must reach school 10 minutes before school time and attend Assembly. Students who arrive late, during or after the assembly will not be allowed to sit in class for 1st two periods and will be considered as Late Arrival (LA) and be marked ‘half-day absent’.

17. Students leaving early must get the valid reason written in the diary and obtain a parent’s signature before taking permission from the school to leave early. Students leaving early will be allowed only if parents personally come to escort the child. 18. Each early departure (ED) will be counted as ‘half-day absent”.

19. Students must speak/converse in English at all times in school except in Language classes.

20. Students must not be found moving outside in school uniform during school hours on working days otherwise.

21. Any damage to school property should be made good by the student/parent concerned and it is punishable and a fine will be imposed by the school as per the nature of the offence.

22. Fees of March will have to be paid along with February and/or as per standing instructions.

23. Any change in address &/or phone number should immediately be reported to the school to update the database.

24. Parents are requested to check their ward’s School Diary on regular basis to be aware of whether any fake or false signature is done by their wards concerned.

25. The decision cf the school, in matters of selection, promotions and refusals shall always be final.

26. Notwithstanding anything in this circular or prospectus or school diary, the Principal may, at his/her absolute discretion, require any parent at any time to take his/her ward out of the school.

27. It is obligatory on part of the Parents/Guardians.students to abide by the Rules & Regulations of the school whether they are standing rules or new rules circulated from time to time. I have gone through the contents of this General Rules/ Guidelines to Parents / CCE /CPR /Report Card. I have full faith in the evaluation system of the school and I am fully satisfied regarding the Rules & Regulations of the School and assure the School Management of my adhering with the Rules and rendering full Co-operation.
